Class of 2029 Rankings Newcomers

GRIND Prep has quite the collection of talent and they have added to it. With the addition of Toliver they have another versatile piece with next level traits. She's been running with Oklahoma's Nike Program LEGYNDS' 16U squad. With a combination of outstanding feel along with her athletic gifts, she's fit in as a gritty Swiss army knife type impact player. A role she also will likely serve with the loaded GRIND Prep program. The ceiling is much higher as a mismatch problem. Too strong for guards and too athletic forwards.     A newcomer to Oklahoma from Georgia, Lane joins the back to back defending Class 6A champions Lady Panthers. In recent summer league play action at Edmond Memorial, she was every bit her listed height, with a huge wingspan. Had a couple "you can't teach that" moments on Wednesday night. Rotated over and volleyball spiked a huge block. Along with a couple simply too tall rebounds on the offensive end. It was a promising first viewing of a prospect who averaged a double double at the Class 4A level in Georgia last year. Expect Lane to quickly establish herself as a game changing anchor as PCN looks to compete for the rare three-peat.     Another PCN Panther who impressed on Wednesday night. Moore had it going in a decisive victory. Knocking down triples with ease and showing shiftiness off the bounce. Her ability to get to the rim and finish through contact was impressive. While also having quick and active hands on defense. If this June is any indication, Moore is a key part of a very promising sophomore class for Putnam City North. As she has electric potential to her game as a scorer.     Baker is a havoc causing guard, who impressed at the recent Fort Gibson Team Camp. She gets up and covers on defense, forcing turnovers to create transition points for herself and teammates. Also pushes the tempo off rebounds and more. Plays stronger than her size on drives to the rim. And has a solid jumper as well, with multiple games of multiple three pointers made this past winter for Booker T Washington. Has the makings of a player who is just getting started as a riser.     A double digit scorer as a freshmen for VCS, Linn has carried her positive momentum over while playing at the 16U level with the Arkansas Banshees. She's a long armed guard, with light on her feet movement. Can get downhill with a nice crossover and agile feet. While also flying around on the perimeter with on the ball pressure and even the occasional blocked shot. Add in three point shooting and Linn has a fantastic all around foundation. A prospect to keep better track of going forward.
