Standout 2029 Point and Combo Guards at the Run 4 Roses

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at a group of standout Class of 2029 point/combo guards who caught our attention at the Run 4 Roses Classic in Louisville, Kentucky.   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2026/07/IMG_3392.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1884937" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1279145' first='Brynn' last='Bandermann'] [program_tooltip program_id='948123' first='TC' last='Hoops']): The 5'6" point guard from Jackson who plays up one year with the 16Us and does an excellent job. She plays with excellent pace as she looks to push the ball and keep the tempo fast. She can penetrate in the lane and either score in traffic or drop a nice pass off to an open teammate. She is also a very accurate shooter from 3-point range. She is a high energy player who really attacks the basket well. She scores on drives while going either left or right. She is a three-level scorer who handles it well and can create her own shot. She is also a tenacious defense player who will hawk the ball and also play the passing lanes for steals and deflections. She is always looking upcourt and has her head on a swivel to find the open teammate in a very unselfish manner. She also shoots it well from 3-point range. She moves without the ball and comes off screens ready to shoot it.   [player_tooltip player_id='905752' first='Aubrey' last='Baker'] (Phee Elite Adam's): A 5'4" point guard from Jackson who has an overall excellent feel for the game. She is a very good cutter off the ball who has perfect timing on when to move to the open spot. She is a good ball handler and shooter who plays very well within the offense. She accelerates and then she finishes well in the lane. She also drops some nice passes on the move to open teammates. She penetrates well and finds open teammates for open shots. She handles the ball and distributes it well while also being able to knock down open 3-pointers. She also provides good on-ball defensive pressure with good ball hawking with her quick and active hands.
