A multi sport athlete, she brings versatility to the floor and can adapt to a variety of situations, giving her team real value at the position. She controls the pace of the game with her decision making and pass first mentality, and while she has a scorer's touch, she consistently chooses to put her teammates in the best position to succeed. She sees the lanes well, excelling at driving and finding pocket passes or kick outs for good looks. Ortiz is an intriguing prospect who made major strides last season, and with another year of experience, an even bigger jump could be on the way. She plays with confidence and feel for the game, bringing versatility and impact that extend well beyond facilitating the offense. A floor general with everything at her fingertips, she's poised for a big senior season. Hu is a do-it-all point guard who continues to expand her game, she led her team to the city semis last season. She possesses good athleticism and a steady handle on the ball, and her jumper keeps defenses honest while her footwork stands out on both ends of the floor. Her court awareness makes her a true triple threat, bringing production to her team in every phase of the game. One of the top juniors in the state, Mullins is coming off a banner season in which she doubled her production and won a City Championship as a key cog. She's a force and disruptor on defense, and will look to take the next step on a loaded SBP roster with repeat aspirations. She can play equally well in transition or half-court sets, and she has the size and vision to get to the basket at will. Anderson is an explosive, do it all guard who put up elite numbers last season, with her production rising each year. A complete player who plays a winning brand of basketball, she has elite speed and change of direction, and she loves to push the pace in transition. She can thread passes with the best of them, making her a true matchup nightmare on both ends of the floor.
