With one year under their belt, these young ladies are looking to shine even brighter. I have mentioned before that the 2029 class is ready to swing for the fences. Yes, I know it's a baseball analogy, but what I love about it is that it lets you visualize what this class will bring. I am not saying that each of them is a home run hitter, but these girls are going to step up, play with confidence, and contribute to their squad in any way they can. Last year, as freshmen, they may have dipped their toes in the water, and some were forced to jump right in. This season, it's another chapter, and these girls are ready to showcase their skills and bring it.

The 29 class is a mixed bag of talent. They have size, speed, can shoot from multiple levels, and do the little things. This year their roles will change and minutes will increase. They've been battle-tested, and with that you will see an uptick in what they are capable of. This past travel ball season, many of them faced some pretty stiff competition and held their own. Now that it's about to be the high school season, look for them to carry what they have learned and apply it to their club. It's going to be an exciting year, and you better believe the 29s will do their part as they look to enhance their team's success.

A kid who is ready to shine even brighter, heads to McMinn County looking to provide them with a spark. A talented ballplayer who can stretch the floor. She can shoot along the perimeter, attack downhill, but also utilize her body and “big boy” inside. She's on the glass, blocks shots, just a tough competitor. I love how she finishes around the rim. Her confidence has shot up, especially after playing some tough opponents on the circuit.
