Berger, Tri-State Guards Making Waves

She can knock down threes from the perimeter while also pulling up effectively from the mid-range. She handles the ball well and keeps it protected against defensive pressure. Casey also shows good anticipation defensively, jumping into passing lanes for steals. She is a good playmaker who creates easy scoring opportunities for her teammates while also being able to finish herself. She has good footwork in the paint and uses her pivot foot effectively to create better finishing angles. Rene also fights hard for offensive rebounds, creating extra possessions for her team. When attacking the basket, she keeps her eyes up and finds open teammates when the defense collapses.
