Destiny Manyawu Commits to Oklahoma

The 6'3 Manyawu is rated No. 3 in the Prep Girls Hoops Missouri Class of 2027 rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Manyawu received more than two dozen scholarship offers from high major programs from around the country. She ended up choosing the Sooners over the like of Iowa, Michigan and Duke.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Manyawu will be beginning her fourth season as a starter for the Falcons. She has helped lead Staley to back to back berths in the Class 6 state championship game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As a junior, she averaged a team-high 17 points and 12.4 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.1 blocks a game while shooting an impressive 69 percent from the field in leading the Falcons to a 29-3 record.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
