PGH Up Next Wisconsin-Team 3 Evaluations (Part 1)

She is the type of player that always seemed to be around the ball, defensively, causing nightmares for who she was guarding due to her high motor and physicality. She moves well, without the ball, understands spacing, and shows good court vision. Not a ball dominant player, on Sunday, Unser showed all of the traits that coaches look for including good weakside positioning, on defense, and boxing out consistently for rebounds. When given the opportunity, Unser showed a nice touch, both from 15-20 feet and around the hoop where she used her strength and footwork to make openings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["1226237"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6aba89f6c1a04"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Strong, physical player who competes well, on both ends of the floor, and is at her best when she uses her strength to find room around the basket. Solid in the post, on both ends of the court, Puttkamer was most impressive, in my opinion, on defense where she used good timing, and body control resulting in several blocks and quick hands for a few post steals. She also was one of the more impressive rebounders, that I watched, who did a nice job controlling the glass never giving up on a rebound.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
