Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at the members of Team No. 2 who participated in Sunday's Freshman Showcase, which was held at the Beal Center in Chesterfield.

[player_tooltip player_id='1307939' first='Felicity' last='Johnson'] (St. Joseph's): A 6'0" forward who was one of the most impressive players at the event. The young southpaw was a matchup problem with her height and ability to operate in the paint or on the perimeter with equal effectiveness. She is a three-level scorer who could put the ball on the floor and score on the drive and the pull up jumper. She was also stepping out and hitting 3-pointers off the catch. She runs the court with ease also also ran the fast break. She also darted into the passing lanes to get steals and transition layups.

[player_tooltip player_id='1243455' first='Shaeley' last='Loehr'] (Nixa): A 6'0" forward from the SWMO area who is a very skilled player with the height and athleticism to excel anywhere on the court. She had a nice shooting touch from 3-point range and she was also a very capable ball handler. She ran the break and dropped some nice dimes in transition while also attacking off the dribble to score in the lane on layups and floaters. She also made a nice backdoor pass to a cutting teammate in the halfcourt offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1875504' first='Alauri' last='Boyd'] (Parkway North): A 5'10" forward who is physically strong and who plays with a strong motor. She was at her best when she was attacking the basket on power drives in the lane. She didn't mind the contact as she scored and drew fouls. She also grabbed defensive rebounds and was able to go coast to coast to score.

[player_tooltip player_id='1886730' first='Izzy' last='Watts'] (Logan Rogersville): A 5'5" point guard from the SWMO area with good speed and quickness, which she used to blow by defenders to score on multiple layups. She can also dial it up from 3-point range with a quick release. She was also attacking the close outs with a nice shot fake to get into the lane for the short jumper or the floater.

Callen Palmer (Canton): A 5'0" point guard who did a good job of distributing the basketball. She was also feeding the ball into the low post very well. She also knocked down some open 3-pointers off the catch. She moved well without the ball and found openings to get layups. She also hustled her way into some rebounds despite being one of the smallest players on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='1897648' first='Charley' last='Stallo'] (Father Tolton): A 6'0" forward from Mid Missouri who has good athleticism and mobility to go along with her height. She did a good job of establishing position in the low post and getting buckets. She also attacked well from the perimeter on rip-through drives while going either left or right. She was also running the court very well to get buckets in the transition game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1859471' first='Payton' last='Rode'] (Washington): A 5'7" guard who has a good feel for the game along with some solid playmaking skills as a ball handler and passer. She was finding open cutters on the move for layups, and she also dropped a nice no-look bounce pass to a cutting teammate. She had a nice shooting touch from the mid-range area and she also hit the Corner 3-pointer.

Chloe Sheperd (Father Tolton): A 5'3" point guard from Mid-Missouri who did a good job of taking care of the ball and keeping it moving in the offense. It did not stick in her hands as she constantly found open teammates. If left open, she could also knock down the 3-pointer off the catch.
