Updated 2028 Rankings: New Additions Part 1

Many of the players from the 2028 class made jumps or were added because they showed up and out at the PGH Texas Expo and contrary to whatever you have heard or think you know, I have to see you myself and although it comes across as a broken record, a lot of this stuff comes from a broken systyem, even more so now so please understand my logic because it's just common sense so here's part 1

Green jumps right into it, and after not seeing her for quite some time due to the numerous platforms, she plays on the EYBL circuit, I was fortunate enough to catch some footage. Heady, poised under pressure and does a good job of not only creating her on shot, but creating for her teammates, yet seeing her draining jumpers with a hand in her face as well as scoring and dishing off the dribble, has me excited to get an update at the Sandra Meadows Classic in December

Rhodes was running around the gym watching her talented older sisters, both of whom went on to play D1 ball, yet I had no idea she was also a player; again, platforms, logistics, etc yet she showed up at The Expo and showed out see evaluations here and her DESIRE to go AFTA; everything immediately stood out, yet seeing her upside is high; I can't wait for my next sighting

Doonan was impressive at the PGH Freshman Showcase, yet her "on-the-court" progression blew me away at The Expo see evaluations here. Her "hands and footwork" along with a semi "drop step," got her easy baskets galore, but she also defended in and out of the paint and rebounded strongly on both ends; nice upside

Maldonado also landed here because of what she did at The Expo see evaluations here. As intriguing as she was in the 3-on-3, she dropped the mic when the bright lights hit and full-court went live. Yeah, I wrote about her dazzling ballhandling as well as controlling the tempo, but when you can see the floor, the length of the floor. and hit teammates in traffic, that's huge
