St. Benedict Lady Eagles: Key Players and Season Preview

Coming off a 15-7 overall record and a 5-2 district record, these Lady Eagles are ready to put in the work and challenge the two mainstays of the west in Hutchison and Briarcrest. The club has had a tremendous offseason and worked hard as they look to tip off the season in the coming weeks. A squad with some youth injection, is more than ready to go toe to toe with their rivals and change the course of their program. This season looks to be a step forward in that direction for sure.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Lady Eagles are led by coach Paul Stoddard. Coach is excited about this upcoming season as his squad has some new blood to go along with the experience they have on the roster. The club had a solid year last year and they will look to build upon their success. They have a favorable schedule to go along with some tested match ups. Her outside game is developing, but on the interior she is going to take it to you. The paint, elbows, short corners, are her bread and butter shots. My advice to other teams is that this squad shouldn't be overlooked. They are well coached, solid collectively, and will do the little things right as they go out and look to stack wins.
