Roberts is a returning All-Region selection for the Nedrose Cardinals. She averaged 13.9 points per game as a sophomore and is continuing to show her scoring ability this season. She does a good job of getting her team set up offensively as the primary ball-handler and isn’t fazed by opponent’s pressure. I like her vision with the ball; she usually finds the open teammate for a good look. Nedrose is off to a great start this season thanks to Ashley’s great play.

Ashley is able to do a lot of really nice things on the offensive end. I really enjoy watching her decision making against zone defenses. She is able to draw defenders out of their position and find her open teammates. She is also good at deciding when it is the right decision to shoot a nice soft floater. Her touch is great and her passing ability shows how smart of a player she is.

Ashley is a solid guard for Nedrose and someone who plays with confidence out on the floor. She is a capable three-point shooter, netting 43 three-point makes last season as a freshman. My favorite part of Ashley’s game is her passing. She seems steady with the ball and is able to find open teammates with her great vision. Her passes are on target and give her teammates opportunities for open looks. Ashley is someone who accomplishes a lot out on the floor for her team.
