High-level athlete who consistently sets the tone for her team. She operates with control, showing sound decision-making when attacking—effectively balancing scoring and playmaking. What impresses me most about Flowers’ game is her body control. Overall, her impact and command of the game stood out among the top performers.

Junction City has a lot of talent. That talent is led by an incoming sophomore:

Flowers averaged just over 20 points per game during her freshman year and I could see her doing that again as a sophomore. She is a legitimate 3-point shooting threat who can get going in an instant. Flowers can also attack the basket fearlessly.
On the defensive end, Flowers is great at forcing turnovers and converting those opportunities into buckets. She can pick pockets and intercept sloppy passes, and with her speed, she can get down to the other end of the court in no time.

is quickly becoming one of the best scorers in the 2028 class, and I would imagine she rises in the rankings very soon.

should never have been ranked at #42, especially after an all-state season with the Junction City Lady Dragons. Nevertheless, she is the highest riser in the latest ranking update, moving up to #22, but she may keep going higher in future updates.
Flowers was a star last season, averaging 20.4 points per game. Even as a freshman, she was setting the 2A-8 on fire. Not only was she Junction City’s best overall scorer, but she was also their best shooter, having nailed 104 triples last season.
Flowers’ freshman season ended in a loss to Ouachita, but she still had her team on her back throughout that game. She scored 24 points, which was almost half of her team’s total points in the game, and she recorded 7 steals. The freshman guard hit clutch baskets after clutch baskets. Though the game fell out of Junction City’s hands, Lady Dragon fans knew that Flowers was going to be their catalyst for the future.

is a game you will hear more about as her career progresses. Go ahead and get on the hype train, though, as Flowers is already one of the best young guards in the state.
