There wasn’t a player in the building that I watched who showed more heart than Krutul. In a game most people would have counted this program out of, she didn’t care who was lined up across from her. She’s active and aware, and she plays with a motor that never seems to stop. Time after time, she created problems immediately after the inbound, crashed the boards, and earned her team extra possessions through pure effort and toughness. Skill wise, she brings more than you initially expect. The footwork is solid, the shooting form is clean, and she has a knack for getting to her spots and playing within herself. When you combine that with her competitiveness and willingness to impact every possession, it’s easy to see why she’s a player worth following. Huge fan of this kid, and she has strong potential moving forward.

Krutual is a natural in the departments of handling, creating, and in the catch-and-shoot game on offense. When she gets it, if she has any space for a lead in dribble, she is hitting that into a pull-up jumper every time. She demonstrated that time and time again in her team’s contests throughout the day on Saturday. Not only did she hit these shots with ease, she also created and hit others for clean assets when those opportunities presented themselves, while also being someone who could bring up the ball and break the full court pressure of the opposing team. I loved watching Krutul and her Dream Team play. They do things the right way and everyone on the team seems to be extremely selfless. Something you don’t see too often now a days.
