One of the things I feel that gets lost on the defensive end of the floor is staying focused while defending away from the ball, and I felt Scholz did that well. She read the game well and was able to help make plays on that end without needing to pick up her assignment up the floor. She doesn’t bring a ton of flair to either end of the floor, but she can handle the ball and help her team run their offense.

Scholz is a game changer. A versatile combo guard, she can run an offense and set the pace with confidence. She’s a knockdown shooter who can also score inside the paint, has a high level first step and a nice lay up package. I’m Excited to catch her in action as she suits up for 1848 14U Arnold.
