A long, two-way presence who understands how to exploit defensive positioning. She uses controlled footwork inside to get quality looks and convert around the basket. Defensively, she shows excellent timing as a shot blocker, contesting and changing shots while staying disciplined.

Baldwin has been written about by others from PGH see evaluations here, so for me, she is a NEW FACE who left a lasting first impression. She’s “long and athletic,” which is the base; she scored off the dribble and finished strongly after contact, but she also scored inside the paint, giving me the “hands and footwork” I enjoy seeing. She rebounded on both ends and did a good job defensively, and although she’s just shy of “the magic number” she plays as if she’s taller

This is the second event that I have seen this young lady play and she can go. A long 5’11 forward when watching her play has such great length that she had me checking the height more than once. A very skilled player that can shoot the outside shot stretching out the defense allowing her to attack the rim on a poor closeout. She has such a long stride that when attacking the rim she was there in 2 dribbles Good footwork on the drives with some lateral footwork showing a side step to avoid the charge call. Nice work handling the ball in the open floor looking for the open spot to attack for the layup.

Shot blocker and Defense rebounder is what Nichole gives you int he paint Long enough to cover on the outside and does an excellent job in rotating for help 4 spots away. You can tell she has put in some shell defense work.

A long small forward that was impressive watching for the first time this weekend. Possibly owns the most complete scoring game I saw this past weekend. Scored in the post area with nice footwork on a drop spin move. Next was a nice rip and go from the free throw line finishing with a layup. So just when you think I will drop back and protect the drive she nails a 3-point shot. Excellent offensive rebounder that cleaned up the mises for putbacks. Handled the ball with confidence in the open court on breaks with eyes up the court.

On defense she gets down low and is very long making it hard to the ball handlers to get pass her. Great instincts on the next pass jumping the passing lane for the steal. A 2026 that I look forward to following to see where she lands.
