Pierson gave me a glimpse of what was coming at the Tyrone Johnson Showcase last season see evaluation here but she is also attacking the basket better, using either hand and finishing stronger. Her defense in the set has gotten better, well “on the ball” baseline to baseline also looked good, as did her playing the passing lane

Pierson understands how to create her shot under pressure, but she also takes good shots, and when you factor in that she can attack from multiple spots on the court to score or dish, that’s a plu,s but an even bigger plus is watching her drop it from outside ala “catch and shoot”
