Wisconsin – specifically the Milwaukee area – has consistently had a reputation for being an area rich in basketball talent. This displays itself both during the high school basketball months as well as throughout the spring and summer where AAU takes center stage.

One of the many teams from the Badger State that is always one to look out for from April to July is [program_tooltip program_id='713344' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy']. It is headed by Joe Chapman who played alongside Dwyane Wade at Marquette.

One of the many teams that proudly sport the [program_tooltip program_id='713344' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'] uniform is its 17U Coulson/Johnson team. The team, which competes on the PUMA Circuit, has an upcoming schedule that includes the Cheesehead Challenge in late June and the Nike Tournament of Champions in Chicago in the latter half of July.

Here is a look at said group.

[player_tooltip player_id='892127' first='Allison' last='Hertz'] – Aficionados of the Highlanders have become accustomed to winning basketball over the past several seasons. The play of this 5-foot-7 standout who is playing up in class played a role in that as Homestead finished the 2024-25 season with a 16-7 record.

[player_tooltip player_id='751253' first='Cassidy' last='Manchester'] – Manchester is an intriguing talent in part because she plays at the two while standing at 5-foot-9. She gives representation to Sussex Hamilton on the travel team roster.

[player_tooltip player_id='884254' first='Kristin' last='Wiebe'] – Another representative from Homestead on the team, Wiebe gives plenty of height to the team being a 5-foot-11 small forward. Wiebe can also give a team minutes at the wing and is very effective on both ends of the floor as a rebounder.

[player_tooltip player_id='883202' first='Lilah' last='Johnson'] – Johnson has the height of a three or a four but primarily plays in the backcourt at either of the guard spots. Scoring, rebounding and defense are among the strong points of the Fond du Lac standout's game.

[player_tooltip player_id='882592' first='Natalie' last='Nolte'] – Nolte is a multi-sport athlete whose athletic schedule also includes varsity soccer in addition to basketball. The Kettle Moraine Lutheran team she represents concluded last season with a 25-2 record.

Madyson Rinderle – The strong areas of Rindlerle's game include giving it her all whenever her sneakers make contact with the hardwood and going after rebounds. She gives representation to the Marshwomen of Horicon on the team.

Sarah Zehms – Zehms is the third of the three players on this team representing Homestead. As a 2027, she is playing up in class. Zehms plays at the two with the ability to shoot from long range ala many two guards not to mention thrive on defense as a ball hawk.

[player_tooltip player_id='885737' first='Taylor' last='Pitta'] – As someone who can operate as either a two or a three, this standout from Whitnall can find time at the wing. Pitta averaged 8.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.2 steals last season for the Falcons.[player_tooltip player_id='889765' first='Anna' last='Ciha'] – Ciha is the second of the two Fondy standouts on this year's team. Listed at 5-foot-8, she typically plays at the three in the frontcourt. She previously played at the junior varsity level and is a potent 3-point shooter.
