How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

“I’m a tough, versatile guard who plays hard on both ends of the floor. I bring energy defensively, make smart plays, rebound well for my position, and compete against older competition. I’m always focused on improving my scoring, playmaking, and overall basketball IQ while doing whatever helps my team win.”

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

“I’m hardworking, coachable, and very competitive. I stay positive, put the team first, and always look for ways to improve my game. I enjoy being challenged, learning from coaches and teammates, and bringing energy and leadership every time I step on the court.”

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

“I am involved in my school’s student leadership program and have earned honor roll recognition for my academic performance. These experiences have helped me develop leadership skills, responsibility, and strong time management while balancing academics and basketball.”

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

“I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills by competing with and against older players while learning how to communicate, encourage teammates, and stay composed under pressure. Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

“Yes, one challenge I’ve faced has been balancing academics with the demands of competitive basketball, including travel and training. I’ve also worked through learning differences that required me to stay disciplined, adaptable, and focused in the classroom. Those experiences have helped me develop resilience, confidence, time management, and a strong work ethic both on and off the court.”

What type of college are you looking for?

“I’m looking for a college that offers a strong balance of academics and athletics, where I can continue to grow as both a student and basketball player. I want a competitive and supportive environment with coaches who focus on player development, a positive team culture, and opportunities to succeed on and off the court.”
