More 2025 Spring AAU Season Stock Risers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The AAU season thus far has garnered the attention of coaches at the next level and from every level of college basketball. Today, I'd like to highlight a few players who've played well this spring and discuss what has made them productive for their respective programs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='751291' first='Grace' last='Mitchell']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Winneconne native helped her Wolves team reach a Sectional Final this past season. The 5'11 wing can do a little of everything and has the strength to play around the basket. You can play Mitchell in almost any role, and she'll find a way to make it work and help her team compete at the highest level. Mitchell has been a threat to make plays off the dribble and has been comfortable pulling up for jump shots in the mid-range area and beyond the three-point line. She's an intriguing kid to watch.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='842247' first='Madi' last='Thomson']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Lena native is a unique talent who can slot anywhere from the one to the four at the next level because of her size and skill. Thomson has shown she can overpower smaller players in the Marinette &amp; Oconto Conference, and I suspect she could be an excellent mismatch hunter if opposing teams try to defend her with size. Thomson is a talented athlete who can turn the corner on her defender when given the opportunity. She could surprise people at the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='448321' first='Breana' last='Dickrell']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Freedom guard/wing is an intriguing kid who shoots the ball at a high level. An injury took a year of her high school career away, but you can still see flashes of what she can bring to a program at the next level. Dickrell is a kid who can knock down perimeter shots in bunches and has done that on occasion. The Irish 2026 graduate was a reliable player for Freedom last season, and now that she's had some time to get comfortable after her knee injury, she could impress people in her senior season in the Northeast Conference.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='767790' first='Violet' last='Otto']</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Prescott native is playing her final AAU season with the Minnesota Suns, and what she does fits with their talent. Otto doesn't need the ball to excel and can be an elite spot-shooter. Playing with the talent the Suns have, especially Tori Oehrlein, will lead to Otto getting wide-open looks at the basket. Otto can punish defenses for allowing her the space to take perimeter jumpers, and the Minnesota commit will find her if she's open.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
