Run 4 Roses 2029 Shooting Guards/Wings

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at a large group of Class of 2029 shooting guards/wings who caught our attention at the first session of the Run 4 Roses in Louisville, KY.   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4441.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1268050" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1054097' first='Daylin' last='Douglas'] (MO Phenom 14U EYBL): A 5'10" guard from John Burroughs who is one of the top incoming freshmen in the state. She has already received a Division I offer from Saint Louis U. She is long and athletic and she plays with a bundle of energy. When she attacks the basket, she covers a lot of ground with her long stride. She can also pull up to hit the mid-range jumper and knock down a 3-pointer.     *******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4290.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274688" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1274878' first='Kobi' last='Ross'] (Phee Elite 15U Decker): A 5'7" guard from Father Tolton who has talent and excellent fundamentals at both ends of the court. She can get into the paint off the bounce and play well off two feet. She uses her strength to score around the basket and she can step outside and shoot it. She also has good defensive instincts as she can read opposing players and shoot into the passing lanes for steals.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4366.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274691" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1234092' first='Inez' last='Ballard'] (MO Phenom 15U EYCL): A 5'9" guard who is one of the most talented offensive players in the class. She can really shoot it from distance as her range extends well past the 3-point line. She can come off screens ready to shoot it or she will also pull up in transition. She can also attack the close outs to get into the middle area or all the way to the basket to score.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4382.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274694" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='999531' first='London' last='Stemmons'] (MO Phenom 15U EYCL): A 5'9" wing player from Hickman who has good positional size and a versatile skill set. Her fundamentals are also excellent. She's very good because she makes the simple pass. A nice two-handed chest pass or a bounce pass that gets to her teammate in position to shoot. She is strong physically and she can handle the ball well and shoot it from the perimeter. She is capable of excelling at multiple positions of the court.     *******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4146.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274699" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1279119' first='Jayani' last='Green'] ([program_tooltip program_id='713121' first='Lady' last='Brad Beal Elite']): A 5'10" wing player who is the third of the talented Green sisters who will suit up for University City this upcoming season. She is a skilled offensive player who can handle the ball and score on smooth drives to the basket. She also passes and makes good decisions as a facilitator. She will grab a rebound and take the ball the full court on the attack.     ********   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4372.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274700" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='999527' first='Brinley' last='Milligan'] (MO Phenom 15 EYCL): A 5'6" guard from California who is a solid ball handler who can shoot it from distance off the catch. She also has good athleticism and she plays with a strong motor. She will get into the lane and play through the contact.     *******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4059.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274710" /></figure>   Armarli Hart ([program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 14U/STL): A 5'7" guard who has excellent athleticism. She immediately got my attention when she jumped over a crowd of players to grab a rebound at its highest point. She slashes well on the drive and she could hit the open 3-pointer. She is also a tenacious defender who can guard the ball while also make good rotations to get steals on the press.     ********   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4379.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274716" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1243150' first='Avery' last='Walker'] (MO Phenom 15U EYCL): A 5'10" guard who has good size and athleticism for the position, which enables her to impact the game at both ends of the court. In the game I watched, she had a stretch where she hit a pull up jumper, scored on a spin move in the lane, got a steal and also scored on a put back. She handles the ball well and she plays under control, yet with a bounce in her step.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4012.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274718" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='1274953' first='Maelie' last='Still'] ([program_tooltip program_id='715428' first='Real' last='Dream Chasers'] 15U): An athletic 5'9" guard from Liberty North who was impressive in the first game that I watched in Louisville. She was effective at the top of the full court press where she used her length to be disruptive. She is a skilled ball handler who scored on slashing drives in the lane. She also hit the open 3-pointer. She was playing up with the 15U and she helped them win a Platinum Division championship.       *******     <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4068.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274705" /></figure>   Jordynn Wilkins ([program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 14U/STL): A 5'6" guard from Parkway North who has good quickness and she plays with speed and tenacity at both ends of the floor. She is very good defensively on the full court press with her athleticism. She is excellent on the drive and she can turn the corner and get downhill for a bucket.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/IMG_4224.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274711" /></figure>   Adiyah Walker ([program_tooltip program_id='712484' first='Della' last='Lamb'] 15U): A 5'9" guard from the Wichita area who is a dynamic player. She really makes things happen with her speed and athleticism. She races up and down the court in transition and she also collects steals on the press. She will also dive on the floor to get a loose ball with great hustle. She helped Della win a Platinum Division championship.     ******   [player_tooltip player_id='950820' first='Brynn' last='Shahan'] (MO Phenom 15U EYCL): A 5'8" guard from Kirksville who has already received an offer from Truman State in her home town. She is a good athlete who is very active on the defensive end. She plays the passing lanes aggressively with her good anticipation. She is also a very good rebounder from the guard position. On offense, she can shoot it from 3-point range. She can also score around the basket.   ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2025/07/Aubrey-Baker.jpg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-1274780" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='905752' first='Aubrey' last='Baker'] ([program_tooltip program_id='948123' first='TC' last='Hoops'] 14U): A 5'4" guard who is small in terms of height, but she is tough when it comes to attacking the basket. She is very good in her team's dribble weave offense because she turns the corner and attacks the paint with tenacity. She stays low on the dribble and she is bringing it with force. She is good at drawing fouls and getting to the free throw line.
