Paige is another player that I became familiar with during last Fall League season. The 8th grader ran point for her squad. She had at least 4 assists looking for her teammates in the half court and in transition. She isn’t limited to just distributing for her team.  Before team warm ups began, she got reps in working on her pull up and she was able to put it on display in the game. Last season, she shot a lot of floaters, so the pull up is an added skill to her game. 

Athletic Rebounding Wing. Snowden moved Paige from the middle of their press to the front using her length to make it more difficult for Elmore Park smaller guards. All through the game, Paige is jumping in the air forcing players to pass the ball higher than what they want to. She had 2 steals and 4 rebounds by my unofficial stats.

Wing. During the Fall Leagues, I saw Paige play more of the point guard role. At Snowden, her role is more of a wing player. With her length and anticipation skills, she plays like a safety in the press. I charted her with at least 3 defensive rebounds. With her ball handling abilities, she can get the rebound, lead the transition and find teams for transition buckets. She can also score. She made a long 2 pull up and a floater shot. 

Combo Guard who is also very good at getting tips and steals in the middle of the press.

A high level combo guard that can play with the ball at point or without the ball. She is dangerous in the open court because of her vision and composure. She has a high IQ for her age. Plus, she is a defender.

A high level PG and only a 7th grader. What makes her extremely effective and dangerous is here vision and composure. She finds her teammates in transition. She also understands how to attack and draw defenders to pitch out to teammates. Plus, she is a defender.
