It's no surprise that [player_tooltip player_id='564268' first='Toni' last='Pernetti'] led the way in both wins for Ramapo as she continues to be Ramapo's top all-around player heading into her senior season. She led the team in scoring in both games including 21 points in a comeback win over Thrive Charter. She scored at the rim on dribble drive, in the post with her back to the basket, at the 3-point line and showed off a nice pull up jumper. Defensively, she remains one of the best all around defenders in NJ. She willingly guards the best player every night and switches seamlessly. Her versatility at both ends will be key for Ramapo in a very crowded North 1 Group 3 section.

After struggling to put the ball in the basket in the 1st half against Thrive Charter, Arianna found a rhythm in the 2nd half comeback, tallying 14 points. Primarily a post threat on offense who powers through contact to her right hand, she stepped out and hit two 3-pointes in the win. Ramapo will be looking for a consistent 3rd scorer this season which they did not have last year. If Arianna can score efficiently and develop a presence on D, she can make an impact in her junior year.

Ashley is a D1 soccer player committed to William & Mary. She missed her junior basketball season due to injury, but she can be a huge asset to the Ramapo lineup as a senior. Defensively, she showed great footwork, athleticism, physicality and exceptional ball skills. She got a lot of deflections, back taps and rebounds and does a good job moving the ball ahead in transition. Along with [player_tooltip player_id='564268' first='Toni' last='Pernetti'] and [player_tooltip player_id='600887' first='Grace' last='Saxton'], Ramapo will now have a 3rd high level defender with a motor. Offensively, she does not look to score much, but has a decent handle and facilitates offense.

Lucy can quickly become the go to player for Chatham this season. She wants the ball in her hands and plays with a high level of confidence. She flies around the court with speed that few opponents can contain. She is not afraid of the moment and hit a 3-pointer to win their 2nd game at The Fort on Monday night. Her speed allows her to beat people off the bounce and get to the rim. She facilitates the offense. Defensively, she will be a key to Chatham's pressure D and she willingly guards baseline to baseline and loves to pressure the ball.

After a strong club season with [program_tooltip program_id='774068' first='NJ' last='Panthers'], Ava will be the senior leader for Chatham. She is an extremely consistent player who plays a lot of roles for Chatham. She can run the offense, spot up and shoot and attack the rim. Though a bit undersized, her strength helps her on dribble drive. Her strength is an asset defensively allowing her to body up larger opponents and keep the ball out of the paint.

Shea plays the game with great patience and a high IQ. She lets the game come to her and when she gets scoring opportunities she seizes them. She moves well off the ball and cuts hard to the rim. She can attack the rim off the bounce and also has the ability to spot up at the 3-point line. In the Chatham offense which likes to shoot it up and get open shots off drive and kick, these are assets that will earn her a lot of minutes this season.
