She hit a sweet three-point shot to open the day, then stole the ball for a transition finish, showcasing her instant two-way impact. Kayli's shot is smooth, quick, and fundamentally sound. Endlessly relentless and always unselfish, the STMA guard constantly attacks while also playing with intelligence and poise. Sarah nailed a corner three that demanded our attention early, while also distributing and involving teammates throughout the day. With length and lean athleticism, Carlson can play fast and thrives at either guard spot. She defends with intensity and makes smart decisions in transition. We were impressed with how she wouldn't give up on the battle when the going got tough in traffic down low. She's not afraid of contact and brings grit to her role. At the same time, the Mayo forward shows perimeter skill, hitting outside shots and attacking off the dribble when given space. Her aggressive style sometimes led to mistakes, but that's OK because they were the result of competitiveness and effort. We can relate to players who aren't afraid to take action, even if it doens't always work out as planned. Baya flashed creativity with a slick baseline move and showed disruptive defensive instincts. With her motor and willingness to battle, Taylor projects as a guard who can make things happen whenever she's on the floor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
