PGH Freshman Showcase: The best of Team 10, part 2

We'll be releasing the first ranking of the 2029 class in a few weeks – our annual Freshman 50 – and numerous players made a strong case that they should be included. We're publishing evaluations on all 10 teams in the event. Skilled with her back to the basket, she also stretches the floor, runs well, and handles the ball comfortably. Addison rebounds with purpose, defends on switches, and finishes through contact. Her pick-and-roll execution, footwork, and shooting touch already stand out. Fundamentally sound and physically imposing, Campion is a high-level prospect with a D1 ceiling. A committed defender and tireless worker, she brings energy and hustle to every possession. She led the Yellowjackets JV in threes last season, with multiple games of 7+ makes at over 40% accuracy, and saw some varsity time, as well. My bad. Thankfully Coleman showed up at the Freshman Showcase and demonstrated all of the assets that caught our attention in the first place. Zoe is a relentless guard who impacts games with energy and toughness. Athletic and patient, she attacks seams when they open, makes sharp reads, and finishes well at the rim. Defensively she's disruptive, and on offense she adds vision and steady decision-making. She defends aggressively, has the ability to block shots, and rebounds hard and well. Offensively she can shoot the three, attack downhill, and plays with improving pace. Still refining her basketball IQ, Naya is learing to harness her speed to maximum effect. A multi-sport athlete in track and cross country, Kouvalis is working on becoming a versatile two-way player with who can contribute for the Trojans.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
