Alana is a smooth, nimble big who had several 20&10 games last year! Her length and skillset is a DEADLY combination at times. Alana is typically very efficient from the field. She has shown an ability to block jump shots extending to the 3pt line. Her huge steal numbers (around 4spg) are a reflection of her long wingspan and basketball IQ. Alana shows her hands offensively in the post and keeps the ball high so smaller guards cannot rip the ball away. There is a certain level of fluidity that is special in her game. She has the size and potential to be an elite power forward at the next level.

The Hyper Her Hoops Nationals 17u Silver All-tournament selection will carry that momentum forward to her junior year. As a sophomore, Skylah was a walking double-double who also generated plenty of steals and blocks. Her size and athleticism is a game-changer on both ends. Next-level 2-way ability. Skylah really came on towards the end of the year, including a 15 point, 12 rebound, 12 steal, 4 block performance. Her motor at that size is hard to match up front. She makes all the hustle plays and is more than willing to do the dirty work.

Emery was dominant inside offensively at times throughout her sophomore year. Her shot blocking ability was also very impressive (7 games with 4+ blocks). You know what you are getting from Emery night-in, night-out. One notable performance came late last year vs. California High (25 point, 18 rebounds, 4 blocks). 11 of those rebounds were offensive. Rancho needed every point and rebound in the narrow 1-point victory. Emery dominates the paint and will have a breakout junior year after an eye-opening sophomore season.

Alyssa runs the floor well and attacks the glass. ELITE drop step in the lane. Her footwork and mobility is impressive. She understands how to hold her ground inside without fouling. Alyssa sets good screens, rolls hard, and is a solid passer out of the post. I would imagine guards love playing with her. Alyssa finishes through contact around the basket. She has the quickness to beat her defender off-the-dribble from the mid-to-high post. She is always battling for loose balls and rarely comes out on the losing side. Alyssa knows how to play a role and significantly impacts winning.

Kaleayah is a walking double-double with ample quickness and athleticism. This translates to the defensive end as she averaged 2.5 spg last year. When locked in, she has the ability to go for 25 and 15 at a moment's notice if the team feeds her the ball. Kaleayah had 12 straight double-digit rebound performances to end her junior season. Quick hands and feet force turnovers in the paint defensively. If she is able to get into a consistent rhythm on the offensive end, expect Kaleayah to carry and dominate in the Division 4AA Southern Section.
