Beyond the trophies and accolades, when a young woman achieves the ultimate goal of furthering her education using basketball as a tool, I tip my hat because they have accomplished a dream of theirs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>To reach such a feat, it takes hard work, skill, maturation in many facets of the game, and in life. You have to sacrifice, miss out, and prioritize the importance of things. I don't care what level you make it; being a college athlete is a blessing and one that can help propel you in life for many years. Now, it's not the end-all all be-all, but for the sake of this article, kids who achieve this milestone deserve flowers for being laser-focused.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the 2026 class, we have young ladies who have eclipsed this opportunity. They have taken hold of this platform and have risen to new heights. What I love about this 2026 class is that we have had some young ladies who have kept their heads down and just grinded. They may not have been in your top echelon of girls in this class, but they have stayed the course, and with that, you have seen their stocks rise. She will look to help TKA add to their trophy case this upcoming season. She is a multi-level scoring threat who can utilize her tight handles to get to favorable spots. A selfless ballplayer, she is going to run a ballclub effectively and efficiently. No matter if she needs to score a bucket or make a timely assist, she is going to go out and execute. She's a hungry kid who strives to be the best. BU will be getting someone who will be bringing toughness in the interior, someone who can score, defend, and be an anchor down low.
