We are are in the home stretch of high school basketball season. This time of year, we stars step up and make big plays. Leaders direct their teams toward victories. There will be juniors in Michigan that will play major roles in determining how far their teams go and that will influence the basketball landscape come playoff time. She’s a 2 way player that will sacrifice for her team. Who will come out of the SEC Red and the Ann Arbor area? If Saline takes that next step this year, it will be behind their star. Emaia O’Brien (PG, Chandler Park) Don’t overlook Chandler Park come playoff time. They have an elite backcourt led by O’Brien. She can score and distribute, plus has the ability to play at any pace.
