The Illinois State commit is a smooth, confident ball-handler who uses speed and strength to attack the lane and finish strong at the rim. Dowell can put up points from every level with a solid jumper from deep and the mid-range, and takes pride in her effort on the defensive end with tough on-ball defense against opposing ball-handlers.

A player who knows to get to her spot by any means necessary. Ive only watched film, and a couple online games of Dowell, but if the screen is accurate on what im seeing, then Dowell is everything I believe her to be. She plays much bigger than she’s listed, and her plays with a ton of body control. The ISU commit is ready for another couple big games this weekend, and my excitement to finally see her in person is just as high as her potential.
