<span style="font-weight: 400;">Stevens Point enters the game coming off a tough fought win over #4 Hudson. They won by two points in their regional final. Stevens Point has one of the state’s top scorers, senior guard </span><b><a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/player/leah-earnest/">[player_tooltip player_id="132416" first="Leah" last="Earnest"]</a> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">on their squad. In their regional final she had 28 of her team’s 58 total points. She will be essential for their team to beat Bay Port. <span style="font-weight: 400;">Green Bay Preble enters the game off a huge victor over Superior. The team won their regional final 72-35. Preble is 15-3 on the season and plays a super composed game offensively. The team worked so well together in their regional win. The team has multiple offense threats. </span><b><a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/player/carley-duffney/">[player_tooltip player_id="132349" first="Carley" last="Duffney"]</a> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">dropped 24 in the win and had 5 assists. UWGB commit </span><b><a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/player/kendall-renard/">[player_tooltip player_id="132413" first="Kendall" last="Renard"]</a> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">was faced with a lot of defensive pressure but finished with 14 points and a game high 14 rebounds for her team. </span><b>Dominique King </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">finished with 20 points and 12 rebounds. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Kimberly beat Appleton West in their regional final with a 61-30 victory. Kimberly is 19-4 on the season and is known for their intense defensive pressure. Leading scorer </span><b>Maddy Schrieber </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">was held to 9 points from 4-13 shooting in their regional victory. However the deep bench makes up for points lost. </span><b>Kate Karch </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">had 17 points in the victory.</span><b> Marissa Murry</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> added 8 points and 7 rebounds. </span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><b>#2 DSHA vs #3 Appleton East</b></span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">DSHA enters the match-up with a close win over Watertown. The teams regional final went into double overtime with a 57-56 win for DSHA. Finishing second in the Greater Metro conference, DSHA has faced some intense competition this season. It was a close win in their regional final and the scoring was all across the board. Forward </span><b>Bella Huschitt</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> finished with 15 pints and 10 rebounds. </span><b>Alyah Garcia </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">added 11 points and grabbed 3 steals. Leading scorer</span><b> Jadin O’Brien</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> finished with 14 points on 70% from the field. </span>

<span style="font-size: 12pt;"><b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Appleton East beat #6 Homestead to advance to sectionals. The game was also super close with a final score of 49-48. Appleton East enters the game with an impressive season in the FVA conference. The team is stacked with height, talent and quickness that makes for a really hard personnel to defend. [player_tooltip player_id="132371" first="Lily" last="Hansford"]</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">was held to 8 points and 5 rebounds in the match-up but played a really nice defensive game in the win. She is long underneath the basket but can knock down a shot on the perimeter.</span> [player_tooltip player_id="155421" first="Emily" last="La Chapell"] <span style="font-weight: 400;">finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds. She is the key player to advancing to the sectional final. </span></b></span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Germantown advanced to the sectionals over Brookfield East in a 74-57 win. Germantown runs a faced paced offense and got a huge lead during their first half of regional final action. Leading the squad was the state’s top freshman guard </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="155940" first="Kamorea" last="Arnold"]</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> with 22 points, 6 assists and 5 steals. She has been impossible to stop this season and is the key player for the team’s ticket to state. West Bend West has really stepped up their game this season. They play an inside game with two post players who have had very successful numbers. In a close fought regional final both those bigs produced big results. </span><b><a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/player/maddison-baker/">[player_tooltip player_id="132426" first="Maddison" last="Baker"]</a></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, senior forward had 22 points in 36 minutes of play. She finished with a game high 14 rebounds and was nearly unstoppable in the paint.
