The AIA basketball season has come to an end, and the following 8 girls lit up the scoreboard every night in 2019-20. These eight are the only AIA players that averaged 20 or more points per game, according to MaxPreps.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="72619" first="Alyssa" last="Brown"]</strong> of Sahuaro is the top scorer in the state, averaging 31.1 per game as the only player over 30 for the 4A squad. She is one of three juniors in the top 8. Seniors led the list, with <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="135744" first="Nizhoni" last="James"] </strong>from Valley as the top senior, representing 2A. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="73480" first="Talia" last="Dial"] </strong>of Dysart is the lone sophomore on the list.
4A, including Brown and Dial, had the most players in the top 8, with three. That includes <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="112671" first="Senya" last="Rabouin"] </strong>of Shadow Mountain.
