About Rylee

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as aggressive but smart. I like to play hard on both ends of the floor, push the pace, and look to make an impact whether that’s scoring, defending, or creating opportunities for my teammates. I take pride in competing every possession.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m competitive, focused, and coachable. I like challenges and I don’t shy away from tough matchups. I try to stay calm under pressure, learn from mistakes, and always bring a positive attitude to practices and games.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Basketball has helped me develop strong teamwork and communication skills. I’ve learned how important it is to support teammates, listen to coaches, and do my job within a team system. I also understand the importance of leading by example through effort and attitude.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I’ve faced early in my high school career is adjusting to the speed and physicality of varsity basketball. I also experienced an injury early on, which taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of taking care of my body while staying mentally engaged with the team.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that values both academics and athletics, has a strong basketball culture, and provides a supportive environment where I can continue to grow as a student, athlete, and person.
