impresses immediately with her length and versatility. She has the ability to block shots when players attack the paint and plays with an intimidating presence on the defensive end. Dillard handles the ball well enough to assist in press break situations and rebounds her position at a high level, often igniting the fast break herself. She does a good job of advancing the ball vertically with the pass and does a good job of finding the open guard to get the ball to if she can get all the way to the rim. Offensively. Dillard can get downhill off the dribble, has a reliable pull-up mid-range jumper, and is capable of knocking down the three. Her speed, shot-blocking ability, and overall feel make her a wing who affects games on both ends of the court. Dillard is a special talent who still has major upsize. Her stock will surely rise over the next year.
