If you are familiar with the Southwestern 4A girls conference then you probably know the top 3 performers in the conference. Taylor Henderson, Braylyn Milton, and [player_tooltip player_id="116882" first="Kennedy" last="Calhoun"]. These 3 ladies are all terrific high school players each with multiple mid-major offers. On to the players you should make yourself familiar with: Emina Lockley: (5’4 2021) Emina is the point guard for Rocky River high school. She is tough and gritty. She plays bigger than her size and is a harassment on defense. She will finish going right or left (right handed player) and takes the contact. She plays AAU for Lady Attack Elite organization. Nia Nelson: (5’10 2021) Nia in a long and athletic wing at Myers Park high school who can get downhill quick. She will shoot the 3 if left open, but better at attacking the rim. She is a long defender and gets easy steals leading to her pushing in transition. On top of being an athletic wing, Nia is viola player, and in the national honor society. She plays AAU for the SC76ers organization. Sa’Miyah Williams: (5’9 2021) Sa’Miyah is a small forward at Butler high school. Playing behind 3 seniors who who all signed to play at the next level, Sa’Miyah is a glue player. She rebounds well, has a nice mid-range game, and can put it on the floor and finish at the rim. She will push in transition. She has good size for the next level. She plays AAU for the 1Dream organization. Naya Clamp: (5’7 2021) Naya is the point guard for Myers Park high school. She is a capable 3 point shooter. Rebounds well for her size and position. Sees the court well. She is a feisty defender. She had an ACL injury 2 years ago, but made a full recovery. She plays AAU for the Team Loaded organization. Gracie Breckenridge: (6’2 2021) Gracie is a center for Independence high school. She has good size and a good build that at the next level with a strength and conditioning program she could become a handful. Especially on the boards. She is a good rebounder that can get better. She will return as the leading rebounder next season in the conference. She can catch, keep it high, and finish. She plays AAU for the 1Dream organization.
