I went back over the list and adjusted some of the players based on what they’ll probably play at the next level, depending on what level and needs from that particular school. I’ve seen 5’9 power forwards and posts that were barely at the magic number of 6’0 make All-Conference at #BCS programs so it just depends on certain algorithms I’ve put together that are too complex to elaborate on but ponder these young ladies and their ability

Current Rank #11
Jones is long and athletic, remember that is the base and her ability to just go completely off from beyond the three-point line or just turn into SUPERWOMAN and leap over taller players finishing acrobatically, this young lady is one of the most underrated players in Texas, for whatever reason(s) but when I say she is legit, trust me on that, I have no agenda and will always keep it real
[player_tooltip player_id="97626" first="Bre’Yon" last="White"] (Shadow Creek)
Current Rank #13
White is strong enough to play forward and her physicality on both ends can do plenty of damage and was one of the big reasons her high school squad went on a deep run. Her midrange game, as well as her ballhandling and ability to attack from a variety of angles, has definitely shot up which is another reason I adjusted her position but she’s also one of the areas top rebounders
[player_tooltip player_id="97916" first="Amani" last="Bartlett"] (Houston Christian)
Current Rank #36
Bartlett committed to Tennesse before she entered high school as I’ve said before "now that I have your attention" also understand that she suffered a knee injury and has come back with a vengeance showing she’s even better than before. I love her ability to create and just overpower on the jumper as well as attacking the basket and her ability to finish after contact is among the best in the area
[player_tooltip player_id="136336" first="Amillion" last="Fowler"] (George Ranch)
Current Rank #56
Fowler falls into what I call "a highlight waiting to happen" and making a Tip Sheet the first time I saw her in middle school had me expecting a lot and she hasn’t disappointed. Her range has continuously gotten better, she’s something to see in the open court while on the wing, you better be ready because her first step combined with that jumping ability will leave many standing still

[player_tooltip player_id="135359" first="Sydney" last="Ward"] (Village School)
Current Rank #5
Ward was so impressive the first time I wrote about her that I was wondering what high school she would be attending yet she hadn’t played her first middle school game. She helped lead her school team to a state championship, TAPPS 6A, and she filled in many voids but she attacks relentlessly from outside and has nice mid to long-range jumper
[player_tooltip player_id="135373" first="Maurdaisha" last="Powell"] (Dulles)
Current Rank #31
Powell’s first Tip sheet from me was in middle school and as she continues to elevate her game, several intangibles make her a threat because she’s one of those players that do things that might not show up on scoresheet or she can fill up a scoresheet in the flow but the stat sheet as well as the things a novice wouldn’t comprehend play a big part in her game
[player_tooltip player_id="135369" first="Victoria" last="Rivera"] (Dobie)
Current Rank #33
Rivera has been dropping NBA threes since the 5th grade, she’s almost at "the magic number" of 6’0 and college coaches love big "guards" small "forward" that can stretch the defense. Speaking of defense, she’s improved on that, in fact, she does a good job playing the passing lane as well as altering, deflecting or blocking shots not to leave out her rebounding

[player_tooltip player_id="158700" first="Jaeden" last="McMillin"] (College Station)
Current Rank #36
McMillin was a huge surprise for me as well as College Station because the 6’0 footer played a huge part in them winning the region. Smooth as silk, she lets the game come to her but she also has found her niche and that’s bringing bigs out to drive by them or if they don’t defend, she can drop the mid to long consistently but her defense and rebounding definitely stand out
