There is a shift happening at Abbeville where the Panthers are solidifying themselves as a team to beat in the Palmetto State girls basketball landscape. McManus will be entering her third season at the varsity level since her first season was two years ago as an eighth grader. She competed in 20 contests last season at Abbeville and averaged 8.8points, 3.1 rebounds, two steals and 1.3 assists per game. The split that happened with 1A has the Panthers in the Division 1 realm this season and McManus was one of three from the class of 2029 on last season’s Panthers team.
