Playing up in 17U at the Big Friendly

Toliver plays with an unselfishness and feel beyond her years. Knows how to find the open pockets around the rim and the high post. As a cutter she's a strong finisher around the rim. While in the high post, she's a fantastic decision maker. Either scoring herself or making the right passes to teammates. With her combination of athleticism, height and feel for the game, the future is extremely bright for the Colorado standout. Eslinger along with her McLoud teammates make up the bulk of the [program_tooltip program_id='715901' first='Oklahoma' last='Storm'] Showcase roster. In a Saturday morning contest, she was an effective off the ball scorer. Showcasing her catch and shoot ability from deep. Which helped open up other scoring opportunities for herself. Knows how to attack close outs, with strong rips and gos. Even has some hesitation moves and good body control with transition finishes. Eslinger has two years of varsity starting experience under her belt and is the perfect compliment to McLoud's fantastic 2027 core, who will once again be among the 4A contenders. Parks was a key contributor in Vanoss' runner up finish in Class 2A. In that title game, she was a large range bomber. On Saturday, she proved she can impact the game in multiple ways. Got to the rim in transition and slashing in the halfcourt. Was also impressive with her defensive impact. Long arms allow her to get in the passing lanes and block shots. Good motor and instincts further help in that regard. She's a small town sharpshooter, with good measurables, which should help open the door to collegiate opportunities. While also having two more seasons to pursue a Gold Ball. One of the top shooters in Oklahoma's rising freshman class had it going with her Oklahoma Rams squad during a Saturday afternoon game. When she's left open on spot up opportunities, it might as well be a layup. Especially from the corners. Can put it on the floor a bit as well. With crafty finishes around the rim and even recording a putback. After impressing as a long range bomber with Dale this winter, it should be no shock that HIll is unbothered when playing against older competition. Hard working western Oklahoma prospect, who plays bigger than her height. Good blend of strength and agility. Showed a nice spin move, along with other moves to find ways to score around the rim/draw fouls. Which goes very well with a reliable mid-range game in the contest watched. She was second team all conference performer as a sophomore, nearly averaging a double double on the season for Clinton.
