Young Talent, Big Impact

make the shot.  She hustled back on defense being ready to prevent a fast break from happening.  She used a shot fake to drive around her defender and hit the floater.  Her length and strength in the paint was an asset protecting the basket and grabbing rebounds.  She saw the floor well finding her open teammates under the basket as she catches the pass at the free throw line.</p> <!-- the paint using power dribbles to get into position and score her points.  She was getting her hands in the way on defense knocking it away from her opponents as they tried to drive past her.  She had the basket drawing fouls, and she dove on the floor going after loose balls to get the possession back for her team.  She had a nice spin move creating some space in the paint to get her points.  She ran the floor well being ready for the pass in transition to score on a fast break.  She showed off her range shooting the ball.  She was doing well on defense getting her hands in the way and using her team in the second half trying to close the gap.  She jumped in front of passing lanes deflecting them on defense preventing her opponents from getting a play going.  Her ability to be a nuisance on defense usually created turnovers.  She was flying all over the court grabbing steals on the press, and she could close out quickly preventing easy shots from her opponents.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph steal taking it full court to get her points on the other end.  She made some nice backdoor cuts to the basket scoring with ease.  She kept getting lost by her opponents finding the opening around the perimeter to show off her range shooting the ball.  When making passes, she was making the right adjustments to hit her teammates in stride.  She was playing tough on ball defense, too, slowing down
