Several talented teams gave it their all at the Southwest Regional Finals, but some teams stood out among the rest and one of those teams is 212. These girls had; raw power, grit, and a sense of determination like no other team. Here are four talented athletes who help make team 212 the powerhouse team that it is.

[player_tooltip player_id='1814497' first='Kinsley' last='Rowe'] is an outstanding player who always knew the exact ways to help her team stay on top. From the starting moments of the match, she was fully locked in, nothing could break her laser focus. Kinsley combines poise with her competitive spirit, allowing her to stay completely tranquil while she helps her team crush her opponents. During one point of a match, Kinsley effortlessly glided down the court while keeping the ball in possession where she swiftly passed the ball to one of her teammates which resulted in a score for her team.

It is quite clear that her team's success is at the forefront of her mind when she's on the court. One of Kinsley's strongest attributes is her passing ability, as previously mentioned. She passed the ball with such precision and focus each time, with such speed the other team didn't have time to react. While her competitive drive is certainly impressive, Kinsley also brings to the court so much positive energy to every match she and her team played. Many times was she seen clapping, encouraging her teammates, and celebrating in their successes, helping to keep the energy high and the game fun. [player_tooltip player_id='1814497' first='Kinsley' last='Rowe'] truly has it all; her laser focus, precise passing, and her endless positive energy make her easily one of the most unique players on her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='1235438' first='Briley' last='Woodard'] made quite the impact on the court. She was a blend of speed and raw power, absolutely running circles around her opponents. Once Briley has the ball, good luck trying to capture it back; this girl has a grip on that ball like there's no tomorrow. And she will only let it go when she knows her team will score. Briley makes basketball look easy, like she could do it in her sleep. During one stretch of a match, she expertly recaptured the ball from the opposing team and carried it straight down the court to the hoop, where she landed a basket.

Beyond her impressive performance on the court, Briley is also a very attentive player, always listening closely to her coach and, as such, is able to execute the plays flawlessly. She is also a wonderful communicator, consistently signaling to her teammates where they needed to be to stay ahead. Whether finishing a play with a confident, all-alone basket or stepping in to support others during difficult moments, she remains dependable and composed. Her kindness is especially evident in the way she looks after her teammates, even assisting injured players off the court with care and concern. Briley's ability to combine focus, skill, leadership, and compassion makes her not only a powerful presence in competition but also a cornerstone of her team's unity and success.

If I were to sum up [player_tooltip player_id='1235434' first='Micayla' last='Cash']'s performance on the court in one word, it would have to be dynamic. This girl has the know-how, the grit, and the stamina, all perfectly balanced. When Micayla's on the court, watch out, ladies; she's going for the win, and there's nothing that can stop her. This girl was born to play basketball. Her footwork in particular was so precise and always on point, you'd swear she was dancing. Not once did she slip or make a misstep.

Her passes were also something to note; every single time she had the chance, Micayla would pass the ball with lightning speed to her teammates, so fast in fact when the opposing team caught up to her in an attempt to capture the ball it was already gone. Now, her stamina: she knows exactly the right times to push hard and when to pull back, always retaining plenty of energy. Which is a telling trait that can mean the difference between a good player and a great player. It was also very obvious that Micayla understands the game on a professional level; she was able to comprehend her coach's plays and execute them with ease and never once looked unsure of herself. If ever you wanted to see what a future WNBA player looks like, then look no further than [player_tooltip player_id='1235434' first='Micayla' last='Cash'].

[player_tooltip player_id='1217661' first='Addilynn' last='Cowling'], the defence queen. This is a girl who's not afraid to get in there and be tough as nails. Never has there been a player with this level of confidence and fearlessness. Good luck trying to get past Addilynn with the ball; you're gonna need it. Whenever the game got difficult Addilynn didn't waver, she was in the center of it. Whether it was recapturing the ball, executing flawless closeouts, or showcasing her expert-level focus, Addilynn was a force to be reckoned with.

During one stretch of a match, Addilynn had a tough decision to make; she had just recaptured the ball, but which of her teammates should she toss the ball to? There were two girls she could have gone with; you could see the wheels turning in her head as she contemplated. Addilynn made the right choice; the pass she made to her teammate directly led to her team scoring. If Addilynn hadn't been confident in her choice, her team would have missed the opportunity to get ahead. Being a confident player can mean all the difference for the game to run seamlessly. Addilynn has both brains and brawn, making her one of the most valuable players on her team.
