Knob Noster: One of the main reasons for making the trip was to get a first look at a strong Panthers' team that won 20 games and played for a district championship last season. It was also our first look in person at outstanding 2027 guard [player_tooltip player_id='848783' first='Ella' last='Goodrich'], who can score from just about anywhere on the court. Her shooting range extends well beyond the 3-point line. Tinlee Jones is an impressive 5'10" 2029 forward who excels on the perimeter with her height and skill set. Taylor Francis is a 2027 guard who can hit open perimeter shots and play solid defense. Addy Applegate is another solid guard who can handle and shoot the ball.

Higbee: The host Tigers like to get up and down the court and they play excellent full court pressure defense. It helped them win 19 games last season. They have some good athletes coming back, including 5'8" 2029 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1616231' first='Ava' last='Welch'], who was a Class 1 All-State selection last season. She is a bucket who also defends well. [player_tooltip player_id='975031' first='Kiersten' last='Rockett'] is a 5'9" 2028 guard who has been starting since her freshman year. She is an excellent athlete with a versatile skill set. Kylie Sinklear is a 2029 guard who plays the game with a lot of energy and hustle. Brooke Dougherty is a 2027 forward who is a solid contributor.

Van Far: We got a look at Van Far last year at the Lindenwood Team Camp and was impressed with this young team. Most of those same players are back which bodes well for next season. They have a consistent scoring threat in 57" 2027 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1308673' first='Elliott' last='Utterback'], who can score at all three levels. The interior scoring threat is 6'0" 2027 lefty [player_tooltip player_id='1308676' first='Chloe' last='Zumwalt'], who handles herself well in the low post. Mylee Keller is a 5'6" 2027 point guard with good speed and passing ability. Kenya Jones is a 5'8" 2027 forward who is a solid player with good athleticism while 5'10" 2029 Aviana Early is a young player with a lot of potential.

Slater: The Wildcats area solid team that features good height along the front line and an excellent point guard in 2028 Karlee Bellamy. She's quick on the dribble and she did a good job of feeding her teammates in the paint. The tall and talented front line features the trio of 2027 sisters Madison Bolling, Kaylee Bolling and 2029 forward Jaylin Paige. All three of them are in the 5'10" to 5'11" range and do a nice job on the interior.

Maysville: The Wolverines won 18 games and played for a district championship in 2026. They have a talented young point guard in 2029 Paisley McClamroch, who excels at both ends of the court with her speed and quickness. Harley Sweiger is a 2027 forward who plays much taller than her actual height with her strong motor and good footwork in the paint.
