Young was one of the June Jamboree standouts see evaluation here, and as good as she was, she was even better. I already mentioned she was “long and athletic” but her “hands and footwork” along with her “turnaround jumper,” made her hard to handle in the 3-on-3. She gets the #THROWBACK for following her shot, but seeing her BATTLE for loose balls, as well as rebounds on both ends in the 5-on-5, was special. She went coast to coast to score; she saw the floor, and her defense, both inside and outside the paint, looked good

Young was another tall, long, and athletic player who did a good job on both ends, but her rebounding, timing to block, alter, and (or) deflect shots looked good, along with playing the passing lane
