2020-21 Previews: Charles City, Cherokee, Clarinda

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Charles City Comets</strong> 5-17 last year 42.2 points scored, 52.6 points against 7 returning players</p> The Comets will be looking to junior Lydia Staudt and senior Dani Stock to lead them on the hardwood this winter. Staudt scored 208 points last year, making 33 three-pointers with 55 rebounds, 53 assists and 52 steals. Stock added 108 points and 79 rebounds. The Braves posted 69 points a night, helping them win 17 games, finish 12-1 at home and reach a regional championship. However, the Cardinals were a very, very young team, and they are hoping that experience pays off this winter. Taylor Cole, Chloe Strait, Faith Espinosa and Jesselee Neihart are among those back with plenty of time on the hardwood. Neihart, a senior, and Cole, a sophomore, led the way in scoring.
