- Emily Hebenstreit Emily Hebenstreit 5'8" | PG Mead | 2022 State NE is a 5’4 2022 Point Guard from Mead. Emily is a classic point guard that handles it very well and shares the ball. She has very good court vision and keeps her head up at all times looking for the opportunity. Emily is also effective and smart without the ball in her hands, cutting and spacing to provide options for the ball handler.
- Addison Klahn is a 5’8 2023 Guard from Millard West. Addison has long arms and a long body that she uses very well. When she goes to the rim she is able to stretch out with the ball to create shots that do not get blocked. She finishes well in the lane with the layups and a variety of pull up jumpers and floaters. Addison has very good passing skills and is very accurate with those passes leading her teammates to the open spot to score. In addition Addison was able to show that she has the 3-point shot in her arsenal.
- Adriana DiPrima is a 5’6 2022 Guard from Westside. Adriana did a good job of attacking the basket off the dribble. She had some very nice baseline drives when I watched where she both finished at the rim and also dished off to an open teammate. Adriana can use both hands but was best when going to her strong hand, her left, and she was able to finish in both the open court fast break and the half court.
- Ellie McCarville is a 5’8 2023 Wing from Douglas County West. Ellie has a nice offensive game that allows her to score in many different ways. She has the ability to hit the 3-point shot but also shows a refined game going to the rim. She has a nice floater that was on display and can finish at the rim. Ellie is not just a scorer, she shows good vision and is a willing and able passer. Working as a facilitator she had several nice passes to set up her team for easy layups.
- Abby Boyes Abby Boyes 5'10" | SG Bennington | 2022 State NE is a 5’10 2022 Forward from Bennington. Abby was “En Fuego” in the early games on Saturday. She was hitting 3-pointers from all over the floor off the dribble and catch and shoot. Abby also showed hustle on the break and the strength to score in the paint. Defensively she worked hard and had a nice block and was active on the boards.
- Jailynn Brill is a 6’2 2023 Forward from Lincoln. Jailynn showed a nice all around game scoring inside and outside. She did a very good job using her length to her advantage in the post both in shooting over the top of defenders and gathering rebounds using her long arms. Jailynn did a good job creating position and sealing her defender. In addition she showed the flashes of really being a nice stretch 4 by showcasing her outside game and ability in the open floor.
- Aniah Wayne Aniah Wayne 5'9" | SF Omaha Central | 2022 State NE is a 5’9 2022 Forward from Omaha Central. Aniah is a nice, strong forward that shows the ability to bang underneath the basket but also step out onto the perimeter. She had a nice up and under move in the paint along with showing a nice take to the rim off the bounce. Aniah consistently hit the 3-point shot throughout the day which helped space the floor and create more opportunities for her teammates to drive.
