Top 250 Expo: 2021 Midlands

The Prep Girls Hoops event went off in a big fashion on Sunday in Myrtle Beach. The event featured over 80 players throughout the southeastern part of the United States. Prep Girls Hoops is running down the players from top to bottom right here on your source for basketball coverage in the Palmetto State. Lets take a look at some players we consider in the Midlands of the State. English can really stuff the stat sheet at times with her play. English is really good in the passing lanes and picking up steals. English can step-out and knockdown the perimeter jumper. English averaged 13 ppg last season for the Lady Blue Devils. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124079" first="Inga" last="Colclough"] - Sumter HS (pictured on the front)</strong> Colclough still hasn’t seen her best basketball quite yet. Colclough a athletic forward seems to be better right now defensively than offensively. Parker a All-State performer helped the Lady Eagles win a Class 1A State Championship 2 years ago. Parker is more of slasher-attacker type of guard. Parker still must improve on her perimeter shooting. Parker will defend on the ball and really likes to be the primary ball-handler on the floor. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="171739" first="Maleah" last="Williams"] - Barnwell HS </strong> Williams plays multiple sports for the Lady Warhorses. Williams a very good softball player also runs track. Williams can really direct traffic from the point guard position and always seems to play under-control while on the floor.  Williams gets the ball into the paint and utilizes the bounce pass (which is a lost art these days). Duncan seemed to play better off the ball than at point guard. Duncan made some crisp passes to teammates for transition buckets. &nbsp;
