Received an offer from Cedarville University.
Cedarville has recruited athletic forwards from Michigan before, so Hovey seems like a great fit. She makes athletic plays off the wing on offense and is excellent in the open floor. Her game should transfer very nicely to the next level.

has a unique versatility that makes her an outstanding prospect at the next level for MBA GUAA 2025. She combines height, strength, and skills to effectively play as a wing or guard. Addison used a hesitation dribble in transition and then blew by her defender with a crossover to score at the rim. She has great awareness driving downhill to draw help defenders and kick the ball out to open shooters for assists. She deflected a pass on defense and chased down the ball to gain possession. Addison caught the ball in the corner and used a low rip to explode by her defender then transferred the ball quickly to score with her right off the glass. She drove with speed and elevated off two to finish contested attempts in the paint.

Hovey is a stat stuffer! She uses her strength and athleticism on both ends of the floor. Her leaping ability is something you must see! Her Hart team is off to a hot start, and Addi is a big reason.

Hovey helped lead her team to the Breslin last season and will look to get her team back there again. She is an athletic Wing who was a 1st-team All-Conference player last season. She gets it done on both ends of the floor.

Hovey is the definition of the best small-town prospect. She is freakishly athletic and uses her college-ready body to dominate both sides of the ball. She led her team to the Breslin as a sophomore, and I expect her to have a tremendous junior season.

Hovey led her team to a conference championship and a trip to the Breslin, where they lost to State Champion Hemlock. She was one of three sophomores chosen 1st team All-State Associated Press. She holds a few Division 2 offers and definitely more will be coming. She is crazy athletic and has a state championship under her belt in the High Jump. Look for Hovey and her Hart team to have another deep postseason run.

Hovey is another Pirate from Hart High School. She’s an extremely athletic wing that has nice lateral ease of movement. Hovey can defend multiple positions and is a playmaker on both ends of the floor. She’s not just an athlete doing athlete things though. Hovey also plays with a toughness and ferociousness that takes her game to another level.

Hovey was possibly the most athletic player at the camp. She utilizes her strength on both offense and defense. She was extended an offer to play basketball and track during the camp.

Last year, I got a chance to watch a lot of tape on Addison, so it was a treat to get to watch her in person. She has the ability to defend multiple positions and shoots passing lanes with abandon. She had a monster block on a much bigger player and spent the whole game covering the whole court on defense. She was a very physical player when pressured with the ball and had strong takes.
