I liked what I saw from the Cumberlands commit. She made a relentless effort to get to the basket and used her athletic frame to absorb contact and still finish. Noel had a couple tough “And-1” plays and made the most her trips to the stripe. She pulled down rebounds and showed off her range by knocking down a couple triples as well.

from Kentuckian Hoops 2025 was one of the most athletic two-way combo-guards at the PGH Victory Finals. She used her length and athleticism to block shots, secure rebounds, and scored impressive finishes in the paint. Noel got hot in the semi-finals hitting three triples from multiple spots and flew into the paint to deflect a pass for a turnover. In the finals, she drove hard into the paint to score a layup off two through a foul and knocked down another wing 3. Noel works hard defensively and blocked a shot on her closeout. She produces on both ends for her team and was one of the best two-way prospects this weekend.

played well against tough competition and gained a lot of exposure at the Clash last weekend. She cleaned the glass, and shot it very well from long distance. Noel had 13 points against All Alabama E40 UA NEXT and followed that performance with a big game against Tennessee Platinum finishing with 19 points, (5 made 3’s) along with 3 rebounds. She then had 15 points, and 6 rebounds against Team 419.

Whitefield Academy is 14-5 on the season, and are one spot away from being the top team in Region 6. One thing about this program is that there is always a collaborative scoring effort and not just one or two players putting up all the points. Smith is the kind of player that does all of the things that require pure effort, but don’t always show up in the stat sheet. She makes constant hustle plays, she’s an excellent defender, she crashes the boards strong, etc. Smith can also score the ball at all 3 levels and is a great distributor. Very athletic – was really elevating over players to grab rebounds.
