Her movement and creativity makes the offense click. She has a quick release, and very comfortable launching from behind the arc, to mid range pull up jumpers, to finishing on transition. She creates opportunities at the free throw line, and capitalizes. High basketball IQ, plays so smooth!
Jen Pryer- 6’3, 2022, Athlete Headquarters 2022, Toledo Central Catholic H.S.: (#24 on defense below) Anytime a team can have a 6’3 player on their roster, and then you add athleticism and high activity to their game- well, that’s a tough assignment to stop! Love how Pryer elevates when rebounding, pins her player to get open inside, and she has great hands- ready to catch the ball and make a play! She cleans it up inside with easy bunnies!
Jaci Menard- 6’0, 2023, NWI Thunder 2022 Gold, Boone Grove H.S.: Menard has very nice footwork, particularly inside the paint, and on the block. Pretty spin moves, and under control. Really like how she covers/ protects the inside and rebounds. She keeps her hands up and active- deflects passes which lead to transition opportunities. Not a problem with blocking shots, and makes guards second guess coming near her territory.
Claudia Harrington- 5’7, 2022, Dayton Metro 2022, Covington H.S.: Don’t be fooled by Harrington’s height, because she can jump like she’s 6 feet tall! Very athletic, pretty pull up jumpers. She has great vision on the court, finds the seams to penetrate. She can hurt opponents baseline and in the lane. Consistent with boxing out. When the ball is up in the air, she’s already anticipating grabbing the rebound. She’s tough to guard! (Featured Photo, on defense).
Caraline Kernan Caraline Kernan 5'8" | SG Kettering Alter | 2022 OH – 5’8, 2022, Dayton Metro 2022, Archbishop Alter H.S.: (Below with ball) College coaches, this young lady right here, would be a key player, on any team. Her intensity gave me goosebumps, and made me want to be on the court with her! You can’t teach passion! Kernan has solid handles, thrives on pressure, makes quick cuts to the basket, and can nail outside shots. Great change in speed with the rock. Defensively she competes! 100% coachable.
