Class of 2022: Power Forwards Still Available

Continuing with our class of 2022 coverage of top players that are still available, we will focus in on the power forward position. As of today, our database shows just one prospect that is committed at the PF position for the class of 2022. [player_tooltip player_id="185649" first="Parker" last="Brown"] of Mead High School is a 6’0 forward that is strong inside and displays some athleticism around the hoop. Brown is expected to sign with Air Force in the Fall. 6’4 [player_tooltip player_id="27929" first="Lauren" last="Glazier"] (Mt. Si HS) - Long and wiry wing-forward type that likes to play in the pick and pop situation. Glazier will really fit in with a program that will utilize her playing style and unique skill set with ability to truly defend multiple positions with her mobility. She has a handful of Division 1 offers. 6’2 [player_tooltip player_id="27956" first="Cori" last="Wilcox"] (Lake Stevens HS) - Wilcox has made a name for herself with her great energy, vocal leadership and pounding inside style of play. She picked up multiple D1/D2 offers following the month of July and will likely narrow in on a decision sooner than later as everything unfolds. 6’0 [player_tooltip player_id="27926" first="Catelyn" last="Deaver"] (Sumner HS) - Another strong forward with a couple of offers thanks to her motor, physicality and rebounding. Deaver has reported offers from Dixie State and Texas A&M International and she will be a good pickup for the right program. 5’10 [player_tooltip player_id="27940" first="Taija" last="Mackey"] (Pasco HS) - A strong and physical forward that isn’t quite as tall, but she is about as tough as they come. She has developed some soft touch from the 15 footer which is an added wrinkle to her game. She is a solid small college prospect. 5’11 [player_tooltip player_id="79197" first="Mercedes" last="Tinder"] (Issaquah HS) - Yet another physical forward that excels in the rebounding department.
