LAE Exposure Scrimmage: Best Post Players

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Lady Attack Elite hosted an Exposure Scrimmage this week full of talented players ready to play at the next level.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Here are some of theta post players I saw at the event.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="219878" first="Ariyana" last="Carlton"] | Hunt | C | 2022</b></span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Carlton is all over the paint blocking passes and shots on defense.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She makes sure the paint belongs to her on offense sealing off her opponents with ease to show off her post moves.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She’s agile with the ball using an arsenal of moves to get her points and move people out of the way on her way to grab rebounds.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="221942" first="Zion" last="Duncan"] | Victory Christian | PF | 2023</b></span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Duncan is back, and I think we are all excited to see it.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She was aggressive in the paint going after rebounds, and her length was effective deflecting passes on defense.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Her post moves are still on point using her body to get into position and score some points.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>It doesn’t seem like she lost any strength battling against anybody near her for points, rebounds, and possession.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Gracynn Gough | Charlotte Catholic | PF | 2024</b></span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Gough is right back where she was posting up underneath and grabbing rebounds.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She is constantly moving on offense finding the open lanes and sealing off her opponents.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Her movements wear out her defenders trying to guard her as she is quick moving to the spot that she wants, and she turns to score in no time.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="302214" first="Jodi" last="King"] | Chestnut Park | PF | 2025</b></span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">King continues to show off her post moves no matter who she is going against.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She feels her defender, makes her move, turns, and scores.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She doesn’t shy away from contact.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She follows shots knowing where to stand to get the rebound.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She’s expanding her range, too, showing off some jumpers to get points.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="302219" first="Bailey" last="Page"] | Weddington | PF | 2025</b></span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Page (pictured above) has a lot of upside as she continues to show off her post moves.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She is patient when waiting to show off her move to score, and she is aggressive when going after rebounds.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She makes smart cuts down to the block, and she can handle the ball battling through her opponents on the way to the basket.</span></p>
