Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the top standouts from Friday night’s championship game tournament action. We also included a few standouts from Thursday night’s championship games.
[player_tooltip player_id="168748" first="Anna" last="Finley"] (Owensville): The 2022 point guard scored a game high 20 points in a 63-45 victory over Battle in the championship game of the Hermann Tournament. The multi-talented guard was named the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.
Mara Jensen (Van-Far): The 2023 forward scored 27 points in Van-Far’s 54-47 victory over Silex in the championship of the Bowling Green. She was able to put up a big number despite being saddled with foul trouble throughout the game.
[player_tooltip player_id="296933" first="Jordyn" last="McClellan"] (Jackson): The 2022 guard scored 13 points and made three 3-pointers in the Indians’ 43-36 victory over Francis Howell in the championship game of the Lindbergh Tournament.
[player_tooltip player_id="194539" first="Presley" last="Holweg"] (Delta): The 2024 guard scored a game high 23 points in Delta’s 71-43 victory over Oran in the championship game of the Scott-Mississippi Conference Tournament. She also had three rebounds and three assists in the game.
[player_tooltip player_id="194140" first="Kendall" last="Holweg"] (Delta): The 5’9 2022 guard had 11 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in the victory over Oran in the championship game of the Scott-Mississippi Conference Tournament.
