Taejhuan Hill Taejhuan Hill 5'11" | C Volcano Vista | 2024 State NM – 5’11 Center “Volcano Vista” Class of 2024 (#1PGHNM)
Taejhuan Hill Taejhuan Hill 5'11" | C Volcano Vista | 2024 State NM ended her sophomore year winning the 5A State Championship for the second season in a row. She once again was a key factor in helping Volcano Vista win back to back titles. This season she averaged an impressive 12.0 points per game as the teams third leading scorer. Her scoring ranked 6th among her sophomore Class. Taejhuan led the team with 8.1 rebounds per game, which ranked 4th in her Class and 15th in the state of New Mexico. She had a total of ten double-doubles this season while helping Volcano Vista finish the season undefeated at 29-0. Expect Taejhuan Hill Taejhuan Hill 5'11" | C Volcano Vista | 2024 State NM ’s numbers and production to increase this summer and next season.
Rylee Allen Rylee Allen 5'10" | C East Mountain | 2024 State NM – Center “East Mountain” Class of 2024 (#47PGHNM)
Despite a tough season for East Mountain this season, Center Rylee Allen Rylee Allen 5'10" | C East Mountain | 2024 State NM was one of the teams most positive players from her play this past season. Rylee didn’t do a lot of scoring but showed her value by rebounding the ball and with her defensive play. She led her team in rebounding and blocking shots this season, she averaged 9.3 rebounds per game which ranked 2nd among her sophomore Class and ranked 5th in New Mexico. She averaged 2.9 blocks per game which was 1st among her sophormore Class and 2nd in New Mexico. Players like Rylee will always find a way to impact the game that leads to victories for her team.
Kennedy Gibbons Kennedy Gibbons 5'9" | C Ramah | 2024 State NM – 5’9 Center “Ramah” Class of 2024 (#53PGHNM)
Kennedy Gibbons Kennedy Gibbons 5'9" | C Ramah | 2024 State NM received beneficial experience this year for Ramah High School. She averaged about 5 points per game and was a factor on both ends of the floor every time she was in the game. Despite an up and down season for Ramah this year, they are a young team heading in the right direction and will bring back at least seven players on their roster for next season. Expect Kennedy to have a solid season next year.
